Do you offer payment plans?
We do offer payment plans. We do this to make the website you want more
easily attainable. We ask that 50% of the agreed upon amount be paid before we
start working on your site. Once we've agreed that your site is complete, we'll
set up a payment plan specifically for you, up to ten monthly payments. You'll
need to subscribe to the payment plan, and make your first payment, before your site is published. Some
restrictions may apply and payment plans are not available for our single page
site or our simple site
package.
How do the payment plans work?
We set up a recurring billing subscription through Paypal, based on the
dollar amount and number of months we agree on. We then email you a link where
you can subscribe and Paypal will automatically deduct the set amount from your
Paypal account or your credit card each month for the designated number of
months. Billing will automatically stop after the final payment has been made.
There is a monthly service / convenience fee of $3.00 per month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal payments, as well as all major credit cards and debit cards.
Credit and debit cards are processed securely through Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your credit or debit card.
Do I need a Paypal account to send payment?
No, a Paypal account is not required to pay securely with your credit or debit card.
What does it cost to get a site built?
Depending on your needs, your site can be very
inexpensive. View our site package comparison
page. We ask that you pay 50% of the agreed upon price before we start working
on your site. Once we've agreed that your site is complete, before your site
will be published, the remaining 50% needs to be paid, or a payment plan needs
to be set up.
How will my new site be maintained?
We maintain your site, the level of maintenance (content updates) depends on
which site package you choose. Hourly rates will apply for us to maintain your
site beyond what is included with your site package, or if you chose a site
package without content updates.
How long will it take you to build my site?
Typically two to four weeks. However, there are several things to take into
consideration, which may delay the process, and cause it to take longer. Things
such as our work load, timely response from you on providing content, content
changes and approvals can all have a positive or negative effect on how long it
takes us to complete your site. Our E-commerce / shopping cart site packages may
take up to six weeks for completion. Our one page sites can be completed in as
little as two to three days.
How does your design process work?
Our objective is to build a site for you that's affordable and functions to your
expectations. A custom built website can promote your products and services,
generate sales and/or sales leads, and enhance your image. Many times, your
website is the only connection between you and your potential customers. With
these in mind, we'll research your website needs and build a website that meets
or exceeds your expectations.
Initial Consultation
We begin with a free
consultation to determine your desires, needs and requirements. This is where we
gather information about you, your company, purpose, products and/or services,
target audience, site goals and more.
Agreement
Once you are confident that we've
addressed your questions and ideas, and can meet your needs, we'll give you
specific recommendations for your site. There may be several options to meet
your needs, we'll discuss these options and pricing at this time.
Payments
Once you have agreed and we have
agreed, we require 50% of our agreed on amount to start working on designing
your site. If there is anything you do not understand, or have any questions,
concerns or comments about your project, please contact us at any time.
Content Collection
We'll need you to provide
us with text, pictures and any other content for your site.
Design Development
We'll have you fill out a questionnaire
which will ask for things like domain name ideas, colors you like, other sites
you like, competitors sites, etc.. Once we've received this information from
you, we'll start to design your site. We'll send you a link, usually within 2 or 3 days,
to a
sample page we put together for you to look at and see how your site will look when
completed. This page is intended solely for your approval of layout, colors,
font size, etc.. At this point, we'll make any changes you require.
Site Design
Once you have approved the sample
page, we begin designing your site, utilizing the design and the content that
you provided.
Evaluation
After we have built your site,
you'll be able to view all of the pages to make sure everything is how you want
it. We ask you to submit any desired changes at this time. Once we have received
your final approval, your site is ready to go live.
Launching Your Site
Once we have gotten your
final approval and payment has been received in full (or you have subscribed to
our payment plan), your site will be published and will be visible for the
entire world to see!!!
Ongoing Support
After your site is launched,
we'll work with you to establish a schedule for updates to your site. We're also
available to address any questions or concerns that may arise down the road.
How will my site be listed with search engines?
We build sites using no methods or deceitful practices that could penalize your
site with the search engines. Once your site is complete, we submit your site to
the search engines once. The search engines will automatically come back every
so often and crawl your site.
Can you register my domain name?
Yes. Your first year of domain registration is included in each site package we offer.
Domain name renewal is $15.00 per year.
Can I keep my existing domain name?
Yes, you can keep your existing domain name.
What is a Public Domain registration?
Your personal information (name, address, phone number and email address) is listed in the public WHOIS database,
and is available to anyone at anytime.
What is a Private Domain registration?
Protect you from spam, scams, prying eyes and more by shielding your personal information from public view.
What is a Business Domain registration?
Provides vital details of your business to millions of daily WHOIS searchers.
Maintains your privacy by listing only the information you choose, allowing you
to keep your personal information out of the public directory. You decide what
phone numbers, addresses and other details will be available to the public.
Can you host my site?
Yes. Your first year of hosting is free with each site package we offer,
including single page sites.
Can my site be hosted elsewhere?
Yes. We will design your site on our hosting servers. Once we've received your final approval, we will upload your site to your
existing hosting servers.
Do you design adult sites?
No.
